444 Hz – The Key That Unlocks Revelation

Is it possible for sound to break the chains of enslavement? What if a certain frequency allowed us to activate our spiritual gifts more readily? You may have noticed that there has been an increase in public discourse regarding tuning A to 432 Hz vs 440 Hz vs 444 Hz. A common question that arises is, “What difference does it make?” While it’s only about 16 cents one direction (440Hz to 444Hz) or 32 cents the other (440Hz to 432Hz), these slight changes can make a huge impact on our body, soul, and spirit. Music deeply moves us and depending on the frequency, it can move us down a path toward destruction or a path toward wholeness.

Nikola Tesla theorized that the universe was composed of a “symphony of alternating currents with the harmonies played on a vast range of octaves” He said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”[i] The fundamentals of quantum physics demonstrate that all matter has frequency.  In fact, every cell in our body carries a frequency; it can be thought of as the vibration of life.

Science confirms what Scripture has spoken; in the beginning, “the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters” (Genesis 1:2). The Hebrew word for hover is rachaph which means to “flutter, tremble, to shake, to be moved.”[ii] In other words, the Holy Spirit set the frequency of all matter in motion through His vibration. Sounds were released at the dawn of creation that still hold the universe together through subatomic vibrating strings.

Michio Kaku, co-founder of String Field Theory, says, “Physics is nothing but the laws of harmony that you can write on vibrating strings…Chemistry is nothing but the melodies you can play on interacting vibrating strings…The universe is a symphony of vibrating strings.”[iii] It is magnificent to think that we are living amid a grand symphony. This helps explain why frequencies impact us as much as they do. 

Sound is powerful! It can impact physical structures, like the walls of Jericho, or a crystal wine goblet. When an Opera singer hits the same note as the natural resonant frequency of the glass, the sound wave causes the goblet to vibrate violently until it shatters. So, if sound can shatter glass and destroy seemingly impenetrable walls, what can it do to our body?

Is There Something to “Good Vibrations”?

Our body is an intricate energy system; we vibrate energetically at a certain frequency. Different cells within our body vibrate to different frequencies.  As the Heavenly Father knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), He gave us a song that is unique to our design. When we become out of tune with our life song, we vibrate at a lower frequency.  This can lead to sickness, disease, and/or mental illness.

Not only does physical matter carry a frequency, but our thoughts and emotions generate frequencies. Emotions can be thought of as energy in motion (e+motion). The energy generated or depleted by our emotions can directly impact our health. For example, fear, worry, and anxiety are among the lower frequency emotions. These negative emotions contribute to increased levels of stress which then weaken our immune system. When we give room to these negative emotions, we generate incoherent heart beats as measured by ECGs.[iv] The inability to modulate these negative emotions can drain vital energy from our reserves. This, in turn, creates disorder within our bodily systems. We can only sustain disorder for so long before our health begins to deteriorate. 

Conversely, if we express the fruits of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control – we raise our vibrations. The fruits of the Spirit involve higher frequency emotions and thoughts.  Nehemiah 8:20 says “…the joy of the Lord is your strength.” This is not just metaphorical, joy literally strengthens every aspect of our being - body, soul, and spirit.

Music contributes to our overall state of being, either by lowering or raising our frequencies. In my article, The Frequencies of Heaven, I discuss the destructive nature of 440 Hz and the weaponization of music.  Not only have we been programmed with harmful frequencies, but the musical frequencies that benefit us physically, emotionally, and spiritually have been suppressed.  But thankfully, more and more people are awakening to the beauty of tuning A to 444 Hz.

Benefits of Tuning A to 444hz

Leonard Horowitz has conducted extensive research on the benefits of tuning A to 444 Hz. He states that it is far more acoustically pleasing, it stimulates us kinesthetically, it revitalizes us spiritually, and scientists use it for genetic repair.[v]

The beauty of tuning A to 444 Hz is that four of the solfeggio tones come forth on the instrument.

· G is 396Hz

· G# is 417Hz

· C is 528Hz

· Eb is 639Hz[vi]

The solfeggio tones have healing properties. In particular, 528 Hz is considered the “miracle tone.” Notably, this tone is not found when instruments are tuned to 440 Hz or 432 Hz.[vii]  Scientists use 528 Hz to repair DNA. More importantly, when Yahweh spoke creation into existence, 528 Hz was key in sustaining life. For example, the sun’s frequency harmonizes with 528 Hz. Chlorophyll, an optimal energy transducer, absorbs the sun’s frequency, then releases oxygen into every cell of our body. This oxygen vibrates at 528 Hz.[viii] 528 Hz is a life-giving frequency! 

When A is tuned to 444 Hz, the music produced is called 528 Hz music.  In the past decade, there have been numerous research studies demonstrating the healing aspects of 528 Hz music. Let’s take a look at a few of them.

In 2018, Akimoto et al. studied the stress-reducing effects of listening to music tuned to 444 Hz (528 Hz music) versus 440 Hz.  They found that exposure to 528 Hz music for five minutes significantly lowered cortisol levels, boosted oxytocin, and improved overall mood.  They did not find these same benefits when listening to music tuned to 440 Hz. Oxytocin is known as the “love hormone,” it gets released during childbirth, breast feeding, when we fall in love, and when we express affection through touch.  While this study did not expressly measure the effect of 528 Hz music on breastfeeding, their findings suggest that it may increase milk supply. The researchers stated, “these results suggest that the influence of music on the autonomic nervous system and endocrine system varies depending on the frequency of the music, and furthermore, 528 Hz music has an especially strong stress-reducing effect.”[ix]

A study published in 2024, in the journal RedVet, demonstrated the positive effects of 528 Hz.  Researchers randomly assigned 48 people to either the experimental group, which involved listening to a 528 Hz pure tone for three minutes, or the control group, which involved a 3-minute neutral reading task.  The results showed that those who listened to 528 Hz demonstrated a significant drop in anxiety versus the control group.  I find this encouraging that after just three minutes of exposure to 528 Hz, anxiety levels can dramatically decrease.

In 2017, Babayi and Riazi published a study in Journal of Addiction Research examining whether 528 Hz can repair cell damage due to ethanol. They stated, “528 Hz which is known as the ‘miracle’ tone, is a sound wave that can cause significant and extraordinary changes in biological functions.  It has been documented that the frequency of 528 Hz activated DNA repair.  At 528 Hz frequency, the water molecules surround the DNA and support its six-sided hexagon DNA structure.  According to these important effects…, we suggest that this sound wave will have a key role in the function of the central nervous system.”[x]  Their findings demonstrated that human astrocyte cells exposed to ethanol (a component in alcohol) were less damaged by the ethanol if they were also exposed to 528 Hz. This suggests that listening to 528 Hz music can help those addicted to alcohol begin to heal their damaged cells due to alcohol consumption.

Beware of Formulas

While research demonstrates the healing properties of 528 Hz music, we must not fall into a mindset of developing a formula for healing.  Tuning A to 444 Hz is but the first step in releasing the frequencies of heaven.  Think of 444 Hz as a key that unlocks greater revelation that can only be understood as we fully surrender ourselves to Jesus.  As soon as we look for a formula, we defile what was once sacred.  When we use formulas, we bypass our dependence on hearing the voice of the Lord for direction and strategy.

Gravitating toward formulas is part of the human condition; it is the trap that Eve succumbed to.  She believed if she ate of the forbidden fruit, she would gain wisdom and become like God.  The enticement with frequencies is to believe that if we listen to a certain frequency, we will be healed.  The temptation is to look to the fruit as the SOURCE of wisdom or the frequency as the SOURCE of healing. When we do this, it traps us in a false healing matrix that is illuminated by false light. Thankfully, repentance will break us free from the false healing matrix which is crucial so we are not hoodwinked by the weaponization of frequencies.

Most people are oblivious that demons can ride on frequencies through our technology.  Demons attach themselves to songs and sounds.  In fact, music is used extensively to program people because it can bypass logic. Shane Lynch of Boyzone confirmed this in a 2023 interview,

“I’ve been in rooms—at the top of the top—where albums are prayed over demonically. Music is prayed over demonically that goes out to the radio stations to the public. When you see that stuff, it’s frightening.

The interviewer asked, “What do you mean by prayed over demonically?”

“Rituals, ceremonies, everything to give light to the devil, to Satan. It’s a satanic music industry.”[xi]

In 1999, Foremost Poets released the song “Moonraker;” the lyrics tells us exactly how the Nephilim Agenda has weaponized music and frequencies.

“Somehow, while the party was in progress, an unidentified frequency has been existing in the system for some time. And while many of you have been made too brainwashed to comprehend, this frequency is, and has become a threat to our society as we know it. This frequency has been used by a secret society in conjunction with Lucifer to lure and prey on innocent partygoers. With hypnotism, syncroprism, tricknology, lies, scandal, and pornography. While the party is still in progress, we will keep you updated on our current status.

“This is only a test.

“This station in conjunction with other airwave announcements will conduct this exact test without prejudice, under the jurisprudence of the soul, the mind, the body, the positive, the negative, the ground, the proton, the neutron, the electron, the yin, the yang, the young, the sun, the moon, the star, the man, the woman, the child, the plaintiff, the defendant, the judgement, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, the past, the present, the future.”[xii]  

I say, “WE DO NOT CONSENT!!”

Our bodies absorb music and frequencies through every pore of our body, not just through our ears. In fact, our lives are filled with a “seeming infinity of rhythms, with vibrations at the atomic and molecular levels.”[xiii] Therefore, we must be mindful of what we are exposing ourselves to through movies, TV shows, music, social media, and environmental frequencies because what our body absorbs will shape us. Essentially, we are programming ourselves with the information we take in, this is why it is vital we guard our thoughts.

Breaking Free from Harmful Frequencies

Epigenetics plays an important role in breaking us free from harmful frequencies.  Simply stated, epigenetics is the impact our thoughts, behaviors, and lifestyle choices have on our body, soul, and spirit, as well as future generations. The prefix epi means on top of, so epigenetics is a set of instructions that sits on top of our genome.

Caroline Leaf, in her book Switch on Your Brain, says: “This scientific power of our mind to change the brain is called epigenetics and spiritually it is as a man thinks, so is he (Prov 23:7). The way the brain changes as a result of mental activity is scientifically called neuroplasticity. And spiritually, it is the renewing of the mind (Rom. 12:2) ... the science of epigenetics, which is tangible, scientific proof of how important our choices are; they bring life or death, blessing or cursing; and they reach beyond us to influence the next generations (Deut. 30:19). This is because choices become signals that change our brain and body, so these changes are not dictated by our genes. Our thinking and subsequent choices become the signal switches for our genes. What’s incredible is that genes are dormant until switched on by a signal; they have potential, but they have to be activated to release that potential…your choices might impact the generations that follow: “For the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation (Exod. 34:7).”[xiv]

This ties into the power of our words especially when releasing blessing or curses.  We can literally cause ourselves to develop sickness and disease through speaking curses or coming into agreement with curses spoken over us. I have learned to choose my words carefully.  For example, if I have symptoms of a head cold, I no longer say, “I am sick,” rather I say, “I am fighting sickness.”  I do not want to claim sickness, disease, or debilitation as part of my being.  So often I hear people say “my bad back, my arthritis, my migraines, my cancer.”  As soon as they utter those words, they are cursing themselves with ongoing health issues because they have claimed it as part of their being.

If we consider that conservatively, up to 60-70% of our body is made up of water, it makes sense that sound, frequencies, and words impact our body. In fact, blessings and curses emit a certain frequency.  When curses are released, there is a dissonant sound emitted that can alter matter even to the sub-atomic level. 

Masaru Emoto measured the impact of negative words and positive words on water molecules.  He wrote words on strips of paper and then wrapped them around water bottles so the words faced the water.  He examined the crystallized form of these water molecules under a microscope and found that the structure of the water molecule changed based on the message it received.[xv] For example, words like “love and gratitude” formed a beautifully perfect water crystal, whereas words like “you fool” formed an ugly chaotic crystal.  Obviously, water cannot read but the frequency created by the written words caused a vibration that impacted the water molecule.  This demonstrates that blessings are life giving, they have the power to heal and bring forth beauty.  Whereas, curses have the power to destroy.  If the vibrations coming from the positive words impact the water so definitively, imagine what lyrics in songs do to our bodies.  Now imagine what the Word of God does as we open it and read!!

Isaiah 55:10-11 “As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”

While the enemy has tried to weaponize music, we see how powerful true worship can be in defeating the Nephilim and their agenda. Jehoshaphat released heaven’s frequencies as he faced the armies of hybrids.

2 Chronicles 20:2-3, 20, 22-23 “Some people came and told Jehoshaphat, ‘A vast army is coming against you from Edom, from the other side of the Dead Sea. Alarmed, Jehoshaphat resolved to inquire of the Lord, and he proclaimed a fast for all Judah.

“As they set out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, ‘Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in His prophets and you will be successful.’

“As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. The Ammonites and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Seir to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to destroy one another.”

I love this passage because it shows us that our worship is warfare.  The Edomites and the men from Mount Seir most likely had giants in their ranks because the Edomites intermingled with giants. Mount Seir was known as a place the giants inhabited according to the biblical record and ancient Egyptian texts. The Lord orchestrated the men of Mount Seir to be destroyed and annihilated when the musicians and worshipers led the way.

I had the honor of participating in Charity Gayle’s live recording of her new worship album Rejoice. It was an unspeakably glorious time of worship. We offered our worship in Spirit and truth by praising the goodness of our King. Much like Jehoshaphat, our worship was a spiritual weapon. I met with a few intercessors who live in the vicinity of Columbia, TN where the recording was held. They informed me that two psychic operations were shut down in Columbia after the worship gathering. This is an example of a power encounter. Worship offered in Spirit and truth releases the power of God that renders the power of the occult impotent. Worship in Spirit and truth neutralizes the war of frequencies. This is just a taste of what is coming.

I believe 444 Hz brings us back in attunement with the Spirit of God. It activates us spiritually and allows us to more clearly hear the voice of the Lord, even when it is a whisper. One musician, Bay Turner, articulately described the difference between 432 Hz, 440 Hz, and 444 Hz. He says music tuned to 432 Hz removes the heavy weight of 440 Hz; it feels lighter but without substance.  440 Hz feels harsh, heavy, and void of life. 444 Hz has the same lightness and joy of 432 Hz, but it also lifts you and creates an activation of spiritual gifts. 

I believe the Lord wants to release new sounds within the earth realm that will be used to slay giants and set the captives free. We live in a generation that has been hoodwinked by the Nephilim Agenda. Music tuned to 440 Hz has played a huge role in this. A shift needs to occur so we can release the sounds of heaven. Tuning A to 444 Hz is the first step in unlocking this revelation. I believe when we worship in Spirit and truth with instruments and voices tuned to 444 Hz, we will see mass deliverances, healings, and power encounters that will slay the giants.
