Agenda 21/Agenda 2030

Agenda 21/Agenda 2030

Definitions

     Agenda 21:

“Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.” (1)

The 21 in “Agenda 21” refers to the 21st century.  It is a 350-page action plan divided into four sections containing 40 chapters in total.  It is a product of the U.N. Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.  It was voted on by 178 countries, one of which was the United States of America.

     Agenda 2030:

“This Agenda is a plan of action for people, planet and prosperity. It also seeks to strengthen universal peace in larger freedom. We recognize [sic] that eradicating poverty in all its forms and dimensions, including extreme poverty, is the greatest global challenge and an indispensable requirement for sustainable development. All countries and all stakeholders, acting in collaborative partnership, will implement this plan.” (2)

“January 1, 2016 the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development were adopted by world leaders in September 2015 at an historic UN Summit – officially came into force.  Over the next fifteen years, with these new Goals that universally apply to all, countries will mobilize efforts to end all forms of poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change, while ensuring that no one is left behind.

The SDGs build on the success of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and aim to go further to end all forms of poverty.  The new Goals are unique in that they call for action by all countries, poor, rich and middle-income to promote prosperity while protecting the planet.  They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and addresses a range of social needs including education, health, social protection, and job opportunities, while tackling climate change and environmental protection.” (3) (emphasis mine)

Agenda 2030 was adopted by 193 nation states, one of which is the United States of America.

17 SDGs of Agenda 2030

  1. No Poverty
  2. Zero Hunger
  3. Good Health and Well-being
  4. Quality Education
  5. Gender Equality
  6. Clean Water and Sanitation
  7. Affordable and Clean Energy
  8. Decent Work and Economic Growth
  9. Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
  10. Reducing Inequality
  11. Sustainable Cities and Communities
  12. Responsible Consumption and Production
  13. Climate Action
  14. Life Below Water
  15. Life On Land
  16. Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions
  17. Partnerships for the Goals

These goals sound noble and good for all of humanity.  The problem does not lie within the stated goals, instead the problem lies within the means by which these goals are to be achieved.  It is not within the scope of this prayer brief to examine each of these goals, but let’s look at Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, to get a window into the globalist’s agenda.  The U.N. states,

“The world’s population is constantly increasing. To accommodate everyone, we need to build modern, sustainable cities. For all of us to survive and prosper, we need new, intelligent urban planning that creates safe, affordable and resilient cities with green and culturally inspiring living conditions.” (4)

With this as a goal for humanity, how does this get achieved?  In the United States, Sustainable Development calls for the implementation of two action plans in regards to land use: the Wildlands Network (aka Wildlands Project) and Smart Growth.

     Wildlands Network

The Wildlands Network is the “plan to eliminate human presence on ‘at least’ 50 percent of the American landscape, and to heavily control human activity on most of the rest of American land.” (5)

Figure 1 is a map of the United States under the implementation of the Wildlands Network.  Most notable on the map are the sections in red; these are the areas that will become off limits to human activity!  The areas in green are the areas referred to as “zones of cooperation” for normal use and the areas in black are Smart Growth human settlements.  The goal of the Wildlands Network is to remove people from rural America and move them

Figure 1. Wildlands Network Map.  Prepared by Dr. Michael Coffman.  Environmental Perspectives, Inc. http://www.freedomadvocates.org/download/research/USD-A21-pamphlet_2012.pdf

into densely populated human settlements.  “The Wildlands Network seeks to collectivize all natural resources (e.g. water) and centralize all use decisions under bureaucratic direction, often implemented through public private partnership”.(6) In a nutshell, this plan is an Orwellian nightmare!  Examples of bureaucratic control over water rights are plentiful in our nation.  The following story highlights the insanity of the governmental overreach.

Joe Robertson, a Navy veteran from Montana, now deceased, was sent to prison in 2016 at 78 years old for digging ponds on his own property.  He served 18 months in federal prison and was ordered to pay a fine of $130,000 deducted from his Social Security checks.  His crime - digging small ponds on his property as preparation to combat forest fires.  The U.S. government prosecuted him for “digging in proximity to ‘navigable waters’ without a permit, a violation of the Clean Water Act administered by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Army Corps of Engineers”.(7) The flow of the water coming from the ponds was two to three garden hoses worth.  Robertson argued that he did not violate the Clean Water Act because the closest body of ‘navigable water’ was more than 40 miles from his property, he therefore could not have discharged any soil into ‘navigable waters’.  But the courts found him guilty and sentenced him to 18 months in prison.  He died after serving his time.

This is just one story, among countless others, regarding water rights.  The Agenda 21 strategy is to implement such rigid regulations for farmers, ranchers and people living in rural America that it forces them to relocate.  Wild fires have also been used as a strategy to move people out of rural communities.  California, in particular, has been a tinderbox with “15 of the 20 most destructive wildfires in California history have occurred in this century, 10 in the past four years.”(8) The November 2018 Camp fire in California, that torched the small town of Paradise, was the deadliest fire in California’s history, claiming 86 lives, destroying 18,804 structures, and burning 153,336 acres.(9) The previous year, Sonoma County went up in flames, with Santa Rosa being one of the hardest hit cities.  The rebuilding of Santa Rosa has seen implementation of Agenda 21; the Santa Rosa website refers to the city as the “Resilient City” touting the new technology being used to rebuild the city (i.e. Smart Growth).  While resiliency is a positive characteristic for a city that was devastated by fire, it also is a subtle way that the city planners and developers are identifying with Agenda 21.  “Resilient Cities” is a program provided by the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI).  The ICLEI has its headquarters in Bonn, Germany.  Its stated mission is this,

“national and global scales, we push for robust policies that reflect the interests of local and regional governments and apply global policy to sustainable urban development strategies at the subnational level”.(10)

PG&E, a California gas and electric company, was at fault for some of the most devastating California fires, including the Sonoma County fire.  They failed to trim trees near power lines and did not upgrade their aging electrical system.  PG&E is a Rothschild owned company; the Rothschilds are the largest financiers of the globalist movement and Agenda 21 policies.  But finally, some good news for survivors of the fires; on November 27, 2019, Federal Judge Montali rejected PG&Es latest attempt to skirt the cost for the fires.  PG&E wanted a 100 year old California law called “inverse condemnation” to be changed, so they would not be held responsible for $20 billion in damages.(11)  This is on the heels of a court ruling two years ago against utility companies passing on the cost of fires to their customers by increasing their rates.

     Smart Growth

As the population is moved out of the rural areas into “human settlements”, the Smart Growth infrastructure is being established for a centralized governmental control of the following aspects of urban life: housing availability and allocation, population levels, energy and water use, public health, education, waste management, modes of transportation, and economic activity.

“Smart Growth policies include: Transportation plans that reduce freedom of mobility, forcing people to live near where they work, and transforming communities into heavily-regulated but ‘self-sufficient’ feudalistic ‘transit villages’”.(12)

Rosa Koire, a resident of Sonoma County, is a forensic real estate appraiser.  She has been an expert witness for the State of California, Department of Transportation specializing in valuation of land for eminent domain.  She essentially spent her career as an expert in land use.  It was through this role and her access to government records regarding land use that she discovered Agenda 21.  About 13 years ago, it became increasingly difficult for her to valuate land due to the ever-increasing restrictions being placed on private property owners.  This wasn’t isolated to Sonoma County; she found this trend across the nation.  When she looked behind the curtain, she discovered Agenda 21.  She has this to say about the nine-county transportation and land use plan called “Plan Bay Area”.

“Sustainable Development/UN Agenda 21 is exemplified in the Plan Bay Area documents by the push for high density urban development in city centers by any means necessary while starving the rural and suburban areas for funds and development.  Using tactics better suited to criminal gangs, MTC/ABAG is hoping to slam through the most aggressive regional plan in the United States.  UN Agenda 21 is a global plan implemented locally, and this is the Plan for the SF Bay Area.  Similar plans can be found throughout the United States and the world with names like Envision Utah, Imagine Calgary, Granite State Future, PlaNY, One Valley One Vision, Horizon 2035 (Ontario, Canada), and Hanoi (Viet Nam) Regional Center 2030 Plan.  All of these plans are the same plan with the same goal: move people out of the rural and suburban areas into the city centers where they can be more easily managed, controlled, and surveilled.”(13)

Hidden Agenda

Agenda 21/Agenda 2030 are global utopian plans that require all people, from every nation to adhere to the agenda.  It requires global governance, global oversight, and global reinforcement upon citizens of sovereign nations.  It is the New World Order, a.k.a. “Novus Ordo Seclorum”, a.k.a. One World Government.

“Although Congress never authorized the implementing of Agenda 21, in 1993, President Bill Clinton established, by Executive Order 12852, the President’s Council on Sustainable Development for the purpose of implementing Agenda 21 in the United States.”(14)

The buzz words for marketability of such a beast were crafted carefully to avoid detection from the general public as to the true agenda.  For example, J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to the President’s Council on Sustainable Development, said in 1998,

“Participating in a U.N. advocated planning process would very likely bring out many... who would actively work to defeat any elected official…undertaking Local Agenda 21.  So we will call our process something else, such as ‘comprehensive planning’, ‘growth management’, or ‘smart growth’.(15)

More than 20 years later, we see that the implementers of Agenda 21 thought highly of Lawrence’s branding recommendation.  We have smart cars, smart appliances, smart homes, smart buildings and yes, the talk now is even for building smart cities.

Bill Gates, a staunch supporter of sustainable development, gave a TED Talk in 2010 entitled “Innovating to Zero” in which he essentially reveals what is hidden in Agenda 21/Agenda 2030.  He stated that “scientists” say that we have to get to zero carbon emissions.  He provided an equation that yields carbon dioxide emissions (see Figure 2).

Figure 2.  Carbon Dioxide Equation.  Bill Gates, TED Talk “Innovating to Zero” (2010). https://www.ted.com/talks/bill_gates?language=en#t-274809

The number of people, multiplied by the number of services per person, multiplied by the energy required for each service, multiplied by the CO2 per unit of energy.  He promotes the goal of zero emissions, which means in order for that to work, one variable on the right side of the equation must equal zero. He made a point of saying how many tons of CO2 Americans emit – 20 tons per year and contrasted it with people in poor countries – 1 ton per year.  As he is describing the first variable of human population, he says this:

“The world population has 6.8 billion people that’s headed up to about 9 billion.  Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, and reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 to 15 percent.”(16)

Did you catch that?  If the globalists are successful with new vaccines and reproductive health services (a.k.a. abortion), they could lower the human population by upwards of 15%.  In laymen terms, they would kill 1 billion people for the sake of lowering carbon emissions.  Let that sink in for a moment.  Also, Gates intimated who the globalists would target for the largest reduction in population, those people who expend the most carbon emissions – Americans of course!

Below is a chart summarizing Agenda 21’s declaration of human rights (a.k.a. communitarianism) in contrast to the United States Declaration of Independence (see Figure 3).

Scientists Debunk Climate Change

At the U.N. Global Climate Summit in September 2019 (where Swedish teen activist Greta Thunberg made her debut on the global stage), 500 scientists and engineers from 23 countries across four continents (Europe, Australia, South America and North America) signed a letter of declaration debunking the scientific basis for climate change.  The declaration made six points:

  1. “Nature as well as anthropogenic factors cause warming”
  2. “Warming is slower than predicted”
  3. “Climate policy relies on inadequate models”
  4. “Carbon dioxide is ‘plant food, the basis of all life on Earth’”
  5. “Global warming has not increased natural disasters”
  6. “Climate policy must respect scientific and economic realities”(17)

Additionally, Patrick Moore, former co-founder of Greenpeace, said on a recent interview on Fox & Friends,

“The whole climate crisis is not only Fake News, it’s Fake Science. There is no climate crisis, there’s weather and climate all around the world, and in fact carbon dioxide is the main building block of all life.”(18)

Contrary to the propaganda Agenda 21/2030 pushes, CO2 is actually good for the environment.  The CO2 Coalition, a non-profit organization led by scientists and doctors, educated thought leaders, policy makers, and the general public about the contribution CO2 makes to our lives.

“More carbon dioxide levels will help everyone, including future generations of our families. CO2 is the essential food for land-based plants. The Earth’s biosphere has experienced a relative CO2 famine for millions of years, and the recent increase in CO2 levels has had a measurable, positive effect on plant life. Future CO2 increases will boost farm productivity, improve drought resistance, bolster food security and help create a greener, lusher planet.”(19)

UN Civil Society Conference – Salt Lake City

The 68th United Nations Civil Society Conference was held in Salt Lake City on August 26-28th, 2019.  It was the first time a city within the United States, outside of New York, hosted this conference.  Each year a theme is chosen as a focus for NGOs (non-governmental organizations), and civil organizations to collaboratively partner together (pubic-private partnerships).  The theme for this year’s conference was Goal 11, building inclusive and sustainable cities and communities.

“Sustainable development is actually restructuring the economy, molding it not on private enterprise but on public private partnerships.  Public Private Partnerships bring businesses desiring the protection offered by government’s legalized force together with government agents that want the power that comes with economic control…Free enterprise is lost amid subsidies, incentives, tax-breaks, and insider privilege, and with it goes the notion that the customer is the final determiner of how resources are allocated in production.”(20)

What are NGOs?  Most NGOs are non-profit humanitarian organizations that reach across borders to help people in need.  There are countless NGOs that provide meaningful services to fight hunger, facilitate access to clean water, improve sanitation, provide medical treatment, and a host of other crucial services.  It is critical for NGOs to have good governance and transparency to avoid corrupt practices.  Unfortunately, there is a growing number of NGOs that have become corrupt.  In 2016, Zero Hedge broke an investigative report on NGOs participation in human trafficking.  They reported,

“NGOs, smugglers, the mafia in cahoots with the European Union have shipped thousands of illegals into Europe under the pretext of rescuing people, assisted by the Italian coast guard which coordinated their activities.

Human traffickers contact the Italian coast guard in advance to receive support and to pick up their dubious cargo. NGO ships are directed to the “rescue spot” even as those to be rescued are still in Libya. The 15 ships that we observed are owned or leased by NGOs have regularly been seen to leave their Italian ports, head south, stop short of reaching the Libyan coast, pick up their human cargo, and take course back 260 miles to Italy even though the port of Zarzis in Tunis is just 60 miles away from the rescue spot.”(21)

Spiritual Forces Behind Agenda 21

The globalist elites, who are the primary driving force of Agenda 21 through their financing and policy making, are steeped in the occult.  Agenda 21 is laced with witchcraft through the use of control, domination, and manipulation, but also through the practice of black magick by the progenitors of Agenda 21.  In a nutshell, most of the world’s elite are Satanists.  The Rothschilds, for example, worship the Sabbatic goat god, Baphomet (see Figure 4).  Human sacrifice, a form of worship to Molech, otherwise known as “depopulation”, is part of Agenda 21 which Bill Gates subtly illustrated.

Prayer Points

  • Propaganda would be recognized for what it is – social engineering
  • The message of truth regarding climate change would find multiple means of distribution to override the decades of false messaging the general public has received
  • Corrupt companies, such as PG&E, will be exposed and held accountable for negligence and reckless disregard for the safety of people, animals, and land.
  • Good governance and transparency among NGOs
  • Watchdog organizations to expose corruption among NGOs
  • Preservation of human rights, private property rights
  • UN strategy to reduce human population through vaccines and “reproductive health services” (abortion) would be exposed
  • Protection of children and youth from being indoctrinated by the propaganda of Agenda 21/2030
  • Our children and youth will continue to develop critical thinking skills
  • Freedom for humans being trafficked through NGOs implementing policies of Agenda 21
  • Deceptive practices done in the cover of darkness would be exposed to the light, indictments served, and criminals prosecuted
  • Ingenuity and entrepreneurial breakthroughs providing pathways for prosperity, instead of mandatory redistribution of wealth from first world nations to third world nations
  • The end of human enslavement by the global elites
  • Breaking of ungodly pacts, vows, contracts made between Salt Lake government officials and UN representatives
